Dermaceutic Light Ceutic is skin toning night cream that contributes to skin radiance and evens out skin tone. Recommended for dull skin and irregular complexion. The complexion is harmonized and the skin’s radiance is restored.

Key ingredients include an 8% Glycolic Acid solution that reduces the corneocyte cohesion of the keratin layer of the skin, which enables homogeneous exfoliation. A 4% Phytic acid solution is a lightening and antioxidant agent. When associated with Glycolic Acid, Phytic Acid regulates the production of melanin which causes superficial brown marks triggered by the sun. Vitamin C complex improves the skin’s resistance to attacks from free radicals and in this formulation is stable, and will not oxidize. Paraben-free. Fragrance-free.

Recommendation: This unique Phytic/Tyrosinase helps to correct signs of early ageing and to prevent future skin ageing. It is a starter product which can be used to condition the skin for a higher percentage Glycolic Acid found in Dermaceutic Turn Over Night Cream. It is also recommended as a pre-treatment to a peel. Always use a high-factor broad spectrum during the day when using this product.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

The combination of glycolic acid, phytic acid and vitamin C gently exfoliates the skin and regulates the production of melanin, which causes pigment spots.

Glycolic acid
Reduces corneocyte cohesion of the keratin layer of the skin, which enables homogeneous exfoliation.

Phytic acid
Lightening and antioxidant agent. When associated with glycolic acid, phytic acid helps reduce the epidermal pigmentation process by blocking iron and copper ions involved in the formation of melanin.

Vitamin C
Considerably improves the skin’s resistance to attacks from free radicals. The vitamin C used in this formulation is stable, and will not oxidize.
