Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer with their order.
Items are usually held in stock and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Orders made by 15:00 ( in some cases even until 19h00) on any working day are sent directly via the Swiss postal service as a Priority Parcel (PostPac Priority) and will generally arrive on the next working day.
Any items not held in stock will be delivered within 2 to 15 days, depending on availability. If we have still been unable to deliver an item after 15 days, the order will be cancelled automatically and the customer will be notified by email.
The delivery times given by Dermastore.ch are not binding. Dermastore.ch and its partners will make every effort to meet the deadlines. Should these be exceeded, this shall not give rise to the cancellation of an order, compensation or penalty.
– Free shipping on all orders over CHF 70.00 via PostPac Priority (CHF 9.00)
– Signature: + CHF 2.00 (delivery with confirmation of receipt and greater liability in the event of damage or loss)
– Swiss-Express “Moon”: + CHF 18.00 (parcels delivered to the recipient by 9 a.m. incl. Saturday)
All orders over CHF 500.00 require a signature upon delivery, unless explicitly requested by the customer to not deliver with confirmation of receipt.

We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been carried out as soon as the carrier has made the product available to the customer.
